Tailor-made training programmes for groups of teachers, trainers or other education staff.
Objectives of the training activity:
- To update participants’ English language skills through formal and informal conversation, grammar, speaking, listening, reading and writing activities
- To enhance participants’ language learning and teaching methodology
- To develop cultural awareness and understanding of Ireland/the British Isles
- To promote the exchange of teaching practices and develop ideas for use in the Classroom
- To enhance participants’ professional development and encourage them to reflect on personal practice
N.B. Some of our English courses are theme-specific: Science and Maths, Arts and Drama, Outdoor Learning and PE. The focus will be on activities, resources and vocabulary linked to these themes.
Everything was so well organised that we just had to enjoy and practise our English! I really appreciated it.
