General introduction
On this website you will find out what CLIL is about and how it might serve you in developing your own professional practice, through observation and interactive tasks. You will meet teachers and pupils from different countries and learn from their experience. You will observe a CLIL lesson, analyse lesson plans and learn how to make your own. You will also be able to explore:
- readymade lesson resources
- planning lessons in detail
- effective practices
- different forms of assessment
- international approaches
- ways to support learners to become autonomous
Let’s begin with some learners. Watch below a group of students in Spain talking about the importance of language learning to them.
You can use your learning log to support your continuing professional development by making notes and including your own reflections.
It is yours to use at any time.
